You will see two cities of the Sahel region – Sousse and Monastir. Visit the mausoleum and museum of Tunisia’s first president, Habib Bourguiba, as well as the unique museum of Sousse, which houses a rich collection of mosaics, Punic-period sculptures, and early Christian artifacts. Take a walk through the Medina of Sousse, one of UNESCO’s World Heritage sites, see the city’s first mosque, and climb the Ribat, the oldest building in the Medina.
On all tour routes (except hotels during two-day excursions), it is not possible to exchange currency for Tunisian dinars, and bank cards are not accepted for payment.
