It’s a modern and stylish hotel with a large area and lots of greenery. The hotel boasts a Travelers’ Choice award for 2020 from TripAdvisor.
The hotel can be recommended to literally all categories of travelers, including aesthetes, gourmets, coffee lovers and especially families with preschool-age children.
In their reviews written on the website TripAdvisor, residents of Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort 5* compare the hotel with an Italian city of Venice. The comparison is reasonable: there’s a man-made lagoon in the hotel and boats that can take travelers wherever they want on request, ply it during the day. Thus, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the main hotel building, while a boat trip there takes only 5 minutes.
Special attention should be paid to a well-thought-out All Inclusive concept of the hotel:
— Breakfast is served buffet-style in three thematic restaurants, lunch is served in four thematic restaurants, and buffet dinner is available at five restaurants, no prior reservation is required;
— The coffee shop Columbus is open during the day. It offers a varied coffee menu, drinks are served free of charge;
— In addition to local alcoholic and soft drinks, delicious ice cream is available at the beach bar and two restaurants free of charge and without any limits.
The hotel has a private 500 m long sandy beach. It’s gently sloping, there are no rocks at all, which is perfect for families with little children. 500 m away from the beach there’s a coral reef for everybody who wants to discover the underwater world of Egypt. So we recommend bringing aqua shoes.
