Concept: adapted local cuisine, ice cream, children’s buffet, mini-club with professional animators, special birthday and wedding celebrations, exciting entertainment programmes for adults and children. Novostar Hotels traditional events are regularly held in the hotel, they include pizza quests, cooking master classes, table games, various shows and sport competitions. There are also some additional family-oriented services (e.g. a self-service laundry).
It’s a budget-friendly hotel with a good price-quality ratio. The hotel is located on the 1st coastline, the rooms have recently been renovated, the meals are not quite varied but tasty, the animation is just perfect. One of the main advantages of the hotel is the availability of two- and three-bedroom apartments which are very comfortable for accommodation of families with children. The opportunity to spend less money on accommodation when a big family go on holiday is what many travelers look for. Such large rooms will also be suitable for big groups of friends or relatives.
Rooms are located in the main building, an annex building and bungalows. There are two bars, a restaurant, a snack bar, a souvenir shop ($), and a safe at the reception ($).
For convenience, there’s a self-service laundry. Parents can enjoy their stay while children are kept busy in Novostar Kids Land mini club or in the children’s playground. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby.
Water fun lovers will be happy to find two swimming pools in the hotel: an outdoor one with a children’s area and an indoor pool. The SPA center ($) of the hotel with a wide range of services is also worth visiting.
The hotel is situated on the 1st coastline and has a private beach with both sandy and rocky features. Sun loungers, beach and pool umbrellas are provided free of charge, beach towels are not provided.

Buffet style meals are served in the main restaurant. Guests with an All Inclusive package have breakfast, lunch and dinner there, and tourists with a Half Board package have breakfast and dinner (without drinks). There are All Inclusive bars in the lobby, by the pool, and a snack bar. Bottled water is not provided by the hotel.
In the hotel SPA center guests can fully relax in traditional Tunisian hammam or in a sauna. There are several massage cabins, including the one for Shiatsu massage, several rooms for wet treatments, and a relaxation area. All services of the center ($).
There are 375 rooms in total with sea or hotel territory views. Some rooms don’t have balconies.
Standard Rooms and Apartments are located in the main and annex buildings and bungalows. Only the main building is equipped with an elevator. There are 3 Room Types: Standard, Sea View, and Apartment. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

In Tunisian hotels the Open Space service (serving the clients outdoors) is usually provided from 01/06 till 30/09. The actual schedule correlates with weather conditions.
The mandatory air conditioning period in Tunisia lasts from 15/06 to 15/09.
The hotel reserves the right to change the list and terms of provided services before the start of the season, and even during the season, in accordance with current circumstances if these circumstances don’t affect the conditions of tourists’ stay significantly.
According to the law of the Tunisian Republic which came into force on December 8, 2017, tourists traveling to Tunisia must pay a hotel tax on arrival to the hotel.
The tax is 3 TND per person per night in four- and five-star hotels, 2 TND per person per night in three-star hotels, and 1 TND per person per night in two-star hotels.
The maximum number of nights the tax can be charged is seven, so customers staying longer than seven nights will only be charged for the first seven nights of their stay. If tourists stay in a hotel for less than a week, they pay only for the actual number of nights.
Children under 12 are exempt from paying the tax. If a child turns 12 in the first week of a hotel stay, from that moment the tax is charged for the number of nights remaining till the end of that week.
