On May 22, 2026, after a five-year pause, as part of the resumption of the flight program by Belavia, the leader in passenger transportation in Belarus, direct flights from Minsk to Enfidha Airport in Tunisia were launched. The meeting of Belarusian travelers in Tunisia was very warm, and the joy of this long-awaited event was truly sincere.
Tunisia is a tourist destination that has been familiar to travelers from Belarus for a long time. Tourists from this country have been visiting the popular resorts of the Tunisian Mediterranean for decades, and today they are increasingly choosing such visa-free trips for their vacations, preferring them to trips to Schengen countries that require complex paperwork.
In 2026, direct flights from Minsk to Enfidha are scheduled to take place once every 11/12 days, and the flight program is expected to last until mid-October. The long-standing partner of Carthage Group, a company with over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, and a major Belarusian tour operator, Intercity, is the customer and consolidator of the aircraft that provides air travel between Belarus and Tunisia.
We have carefully prepared for the arrival of the first flight from Minsk, and a series of webinars and offline seminars were held with Belarusian colleagues. The current conditions for entering Tunisia and the specifics of its currency legislation, new offers and highlights of our excursion program and the modern hotel infrastructure were all taken into account to ensure a high-quality vacation experience for tourists. Among the passengers of the flight that took place on May 22, were also 50 tourism industry professionals, as Carthage Group’s employees are currently organizing FAM trips for four Belarusian tour operators.
