We are delighted to tell you about the participants of the first FAM trip, which took place in 2026 in Egypt, and about those who welcomed guests from Bulgaria in the land of sphinxes and pyramids.About people who together form a team of like‑minded individuals, busy organizing truly high‑quality trips, capable of pleasing even the most demanding clients.
The FAM trip program for our colleagues was designed with its main goal in mind, which was to familiarize them with high‑end hotels offering the highest‑class product of the studied region. To this end, not only leading agents from the Bulgarian tourism market arrived in Sharm El Sheikh, but also representatives of the long‑time Carthage Group partner, the Emerald Travel tour operator: the Sofia head office staff, Nadya Markova, and the Varna and Plovdiv office staff, Milena Dülger‑Ismail and Daniela Dimitrova.
The welcoming side, and effectively the face of today’s Egyptian tourism for guests, guiding them on their thematic journey through this country, was represented by the Emerald Travel representative in Egypt, Milena Nikolova, who has been working in Sharm El Sheikh since 2023, and the Tourcloud DMC company specialists, a structural division of Carthage Group with a maximum scope of action.
Collaboration with tour operators and travel agencies, hotel accommodation, transport support, group services, excursions and entertainment activities for travelers, including MICE clients, traveling for business and corporate tourism and much more – Tourcloud has all the resources needed to organize tours of any level of difficulty. Thanks to the assistance of Sameh Salem, the general representative of Tourcloud in Sharm El Sheikh, the participants from Bulgaria were offered a rich program that 100 % met the objectives of this journey and answered all professional questions of their colleagues.
Sameh Salem is the quality director, coordinator/supervisor of all processes related to tourist service. His phone number is literally a “hotline” for both travelers and specialists. He is the person who is approached with the most complex and even seemingly unsolvable problems, and he always provides not just warm human support, but qualified assistance.
As the general representative of Tourcloud, Sameh Salem works closely with the Emerald Travel representative in Egypt, Milena Nikolova, and yes, these professionals (along with the assigned group guide) became the primary carriers of useful information and guarantees of full implementation of the FAM trip plan for the Bulgarian colleagues.
