Mahdia Beach & Aqua Park 4* enjoys a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s a perfect choice for travelers whose priority is active leisure and fun. The hotel was a sales leader in 2018 and 2019 and was popular with tourists even in 2020 when the tourist industry was suffering a decline.
The aqua park that was opened in the hotel in 2018 is the place of attraction for children, teenagers and energetic adults who find a great pleasure in going down water slides, have much fun and fully enjoy water activities.
Mahdia Beach & Aqua Park 4* has 420 rooms in total located in the main building and annex ones. There are 6 bars and 3 restaurants, 3 swimming pools (an outdoor pool, a children’s pool, and a heated indoor pool), a SPA center ($), 3 conference rooms ($), a mini club and children’s playground. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, lobby bar, on the terrace by the pool, on the beach and in the rooms.
The hotel is situated on the 1st coastline and has a private sandy gently sloping beach. Sun loungers, beach and pool umbrellas and mattresses are provided free of charge, beach towels are available with a deposit.
There is an Aqua Park in the hotel that consists of 6 water slides for adults, 4 water slides for children and a Pirate Ship with 7 slides.
Ultra All Inclusive restaurants in the hotel are the main restaurant Sofra where meals are served buffet style and a snack bar. There are two a la carte restaurants: La Tienda which offers delicious dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, and La Cascada restaurant that specializes in Italian cuisine. Both restaurants can be visited once during a stay in the hotel free of charge upon an advance reservation.
There are Ultra All Inclusive bars in the hotel lobby, by the pool and a snack bar. RAYAR Aqua Park snack bar, disco bar Nouba and Le Point BAR are chargeable.

In Tunisian hotels the Open Space service (serving the clients outdoors) is usually provided from 01/06 till 30/09. The actual schedule correlates with weather conditions.
The mandatory air conditioning period in Tunisia lasts from 15/06 to 15/09.
The hotel reserves the right to change the list and terms of provided services before the start of the season, and even during the season, in accordance with current circumstances if these circumstances don’t affect the conditions of tourists’ stay significantly.
According to the law of the Tunisian Republic which came into force on December 8, 2017, tourists traveling to Tunisia must pay a hotel tax on arrival to the hotel.
The tax is 3 TND per person per night in four- and five-star hotels, 2 TND per person per night in three-star hotels, and 1 TND per person per night in two-star hotels.
The maximum number of nights the tax can be charged is seven, so customers staying longer than seven nights will only be charged for the first seven nights of their stay. If tourists stay in a hotel for less than a week, they pay only for the actual number of nights.
Children under 12 are exempt from paying the tax. If a child turns 12 in the first week of a hotel stay, from that moment the tax is charged for the number of nights remaining till the end of that week.
