In El Ksar Resort & SPA 4* there are 454 rooms with sea side or hotel territory views. The rooms are located in the main hotel building and bungalows. There are 4 bars, 3 restaurants and a moorish cafe, 7 swimming pools (the main outdoor freshwater pool, 2 children’s pools, freshwater outdoor pool with 3 water slides, freshwater outdoor pool for adults near bungalows, freshwater outdoor pool ‘3000’, freshwater indoor pool in the Thalasso center), a fitness room, a hard tennis court, a Jungle park ($). A conference hall and 3 meeting rooms ($) are fully equipped for MICE travelers. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including rooms.
The hotel is situated on the 1st coastline and has a private sandy beach which is perfect for family holidays. Sun loungers, mattresses, beach and pool umbrellas are provided free of charge. Beach towels are available with a deposit.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style in the main restaurant Hadrumetum, where children’s buffet is also available. A la carte dinner with Tunisian cuisine is available in the Baal restaurant ($, one free visit per stay upon an advance reservation). In the snack restaurant by the beach guests can enjoy late breakfast, snacks and drinks (available from May to October).
There are four bars in El Ksar Resort & SPA 4*, in the lobby, near the pool, near the beach and a disco bar. Moorish cafe is also available for guests, serving traditional tea. Turkish coffee and shisha are available with extra charge.

In Tunisian hotels the Open Space service (serving the clients outdoors) is usually provided from 01/06 till 30/09. The actual schedule correlates with weather conditions.
The mandatory air conditioning period in Tunisia lasts from 15/06 to 15/09.
The hotel reserves the right to change the list and terms of provided services before the start of the season, and even during the season, in accordance with current circumstances if these circumstances don’t affect the conditions of tourists’ stay significantly.
According to the law of the Tunisian Republic which came into force on December 8, 2017, tourists traveling to Tunisia must pay a hotel tax on arrival to the hotel.
The tax is 12 TND per person per night in four- and five-star hotels, 8 TND per person per night in three-star hotels, and 4 TND per person per night in two-star hotels.
The maximum number of nights the tax can be charged is 10, so customers staying longer will only be charged for the first 10 nights of their stay. If tourists stay in a hotel for a shorter period, they pay only for the actual number of nights.
Children under 12 are exempt from paying the tax. If a child turns 12 in the first 10 nights of a hotel stay, from that moment the tax is charged for the number of nights remaining till the end of the 10th night of accommodation.
