ONE Resort Aqua Park & SPA 4* has 486 rooms in total located in the main and annex buildings and bungalows. There are 5 bars and 4 restaurants, 5 swimming pools (an outdoor pool, an outdoor pool for people aged 16 y. o. and over, a children’s pool with 4 water slides, an aqua park and a heated indoor pool (closed in July and August)), 2 tennis courts, a SPA center ($), a souvenir shop ($).Children will be happy to spend their time in the mini club or in the children’s playground. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including the rooms.
Beach
The hotel is situated on the 1st coastline and has a private sandy gently sloping beach. Sun loungers, beach and pool umbrellas and mattresses are provided free of charge, beach towels are available with a deposit.
Water Slides
Aqua park in the hotel includes a swimming pool and 9 water slides from 10m to 75 m in height, as well as the Lazy River ride.
All Inclusive meals are provided in the main restaurant Meridian where there is children’s buffet KrickKrack and in the snack-bar Express. There are 3 thematic a la carte restaurants: Blue & Blue (Mediterranean cuisine), Sofra (Tunisian cuisine), El Pescado (fish & seafood). Each restaurant can be visited free of charge once during the stay upon an advance reservation.
There are All Inclusive bars in the lobby, by the pool, by the aqua park and on the beach.
There is a compact cozy SPA center L’Olympe in the hotel. The center features more than 10 massage cabins and rooms for treatments. There is a wide range of courses and treatments. Cosmetic products of the brand Phytomer are used for treatments and aesthetic procedures.

In Tunisian hotels the Open Space service (serving the clients outdoors) is usually provided from 01/06 till 30/09. The actual schedule correlates with weather conditions.
The mandatory air conditioning period in Tunisia lasts from 15/06 to 15/09.
The hotel reserves the right to change the list and terms of provided services before the start of the season, and even during the season, in accordance with current circumstances if these circumstances don’t affect the conditions of tourists’ stay significantly.
According to the law of the Tunisian Republic which came into force on December 8, 2017, tourists traveling to Tunisia must pay a hotel tax on arrival to the hotel.
The tax is 3 TND per person per night in four- and five-star hotels, 2 TND per person per night in three-star hotels, and 1 TND per person per night in two-star hotels.
The maximum number of nights the tax can be charged is seven, so customers staying longer than seven nights will only be charged for the first seven nights of their stay. If tourists stay in a hotel for less than a week, they pay only for the actual number of nights.
Children under 12 are exempt from paying the tax. If a child turns 12 in the first week of a hotel stay, from that moment the tax is charged for the number of nights remaining till the end of that week.
