CG Survey, Part 2: Travelers’ Reviews of Hammamet Hotels
The fairway is a section of a marine waterway designed for safe navigation of vessels. It’s marked on charts with broken lines to prevent vessels from running aground or getting in other troubles. There’s no doubt that any sort of useful information of this kind is highly welcome to prevent or deal with issues we have to face on a daily basis.
For example, while choosing a hotel to stay in. Which ones are really good and which one should be thoroughly reviewed before booking?
We go on presenting you with the results of our survey. As you remember, the Carthage Group team has analyzed the reviews of European tourists who had booked their holidays in Tunisia with a Bulgarian tour operator Emerald Travel last summer. The CG specialists have come up with a list of hotels, located in different tourist regions of the country, compiled according to the guest satisfaction rate.
In this piece of writing we’re going to tell you about hotels situated in Hammamet.
Which Hotels Are Included in the List?
Last year each tourist from Bulgaria was invited to fill out a questionnaire after their vacation. At the end of the tourist season the reviews were processed by the specialists of Carthage Group, so the overall guests’ impression about hotels became clear to travel & tourism professionals.
Hammamet region hosts travelers all year round, it’s a popular tourist destination, so there are a lot of reviews of hotels situated there. However, only the most booked hotels which have been rated by tourists 100 times and over, are included in our list.
Which Hotels Are the Most Reviewed Ones?
The greatest number of reviews − 157 ones – were written by travelers who spent their holidays at Club Novostar Sol Azur Beach Congress 4*. Quite a lot of feedback questionnaires were also filled out by tourists who stayed at Club Salammbo Hammamet (143 reviews), Novostar Bel Azur Thalassa & Bungalows 4* (140 reviews), Club Novostar Dar Khayam 3* (130 reviews), Golden Yasmine Mehari Hammamet 5* (106 reviews), and El Mouradi El Menzah 4* (98 reviews).
The statistics show that three out of the six most reviewed hotels belong to the same hotel chain, Novostar Hotels, whose team does their best to make the most accurate and useful information on hotels available for tourists on the company’s website. Anyone can browse the website and find necessary information about Club Novostar Sol Azur Beach Congress 4*, Novostar Bel Azur Thalassa & Bungalows 4* or Club Novostar Dar Khayam 3*, look through the photos of the hotels and ask clarifying questions if some information isn’t enough.
Which Hotels Enjoy the Highest Guest Satisfaction Rate?
As for the guest satisfaction rate, the difference in percentage between the leading hotels is quite insignificant. Thus, Club Novostar Dar Khayam 3* with 92,31% of positive reviews is rated #1, the hotels Golden Yasmine Mehari Hammamet 5* (91,51%) and Novostar Bel Azur Thalassa & Bungalows 4* (90,71%) are rated #2 and #3 correspondingly.
There are two Novostar hotels among the Top-3 ones with the highest guest satisfaction rate, and the number of positive reviews is almost the same. That’s why we can confidently state that these hotels with various star ratings managed to make the holidays of travelers from Bulgaria a truly enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
How Other Hotels Are Rated?
Let’s consider three other hotels from our list which didn’t get to the Top-3. The hotel Club Salammbo Hammamet with 86,71% of positive reviews is rated #4 in terms of guest satisfaction. Three quarters of travelers who stayed at Club Novostar Sol Azur Beach Congress 4*, were satisfied with their holidays, so the hotel is rated #5 with 76,43% of positive reviews. Finally, El Mouradi El Menzah 4*, having 68,37% of positive reviews, is rated #6 among hotels with 100 and over reviews in total.
If we sum up the results of the six most booked hotels according to their guest satisfaction rates, it turns out that tourists who spent their vacation at Novostar Hotels, enjoyed their stays more often than the residents of other hotels. The difference in rates isn’t crucial but still quite noticeable.
We hope that this information would be helpful for anyone who is trying to choose a hotel in Hammamet region for a holiday in season 2023. Next time we will tell you about the preferences of tourists who have spent their vacation on the Tunisian island of Djerba.
